At an invitation of the Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Ravindra Wijegunaratne the Secretary of the Ministry of Defence Eng. Karunasena Hettiarachchi declared open an RO plant for public use in Irattai Periyakulam in Vavunia today (10).
