The Military Attaché of Turkish Embassy in New Delhi and accredited to Sri Lanka, Colonel Can Gokcen GOKKAYA called on Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Nishantha Ulugetenne at the Navy Headquarters today (02nd February 2022).
