Defence Adviser to the High Commission of Maldives calls on Commander of the Navy

The Defence Adviser to the High Commission of the Republic of Maldives in Colombo, Colonel Hassan Amir called on the Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Kanchana Banagoda at the Navy Headquarters today (31 Jan 25).

During the ensuing discussion, Colonel Hassan Amir expressed his best wishes to Vice Admiral Kanchana Banagoda for his ascension to the pinnacle of the naval career. Thereupon, they exchanged views on matters of bilateral interests and recalled the strong relations between the two countries.

Marking the importance of this occasion, mementoes were also exchanged.
