Fast Gun Boats (FGBs) attached to the Northern Naval Command yesterday (27 January) rescued 3 fishermen in distress, aboard a fishing boat with an engine failure off the Delft Island.

On successful completion of their training, 15 Drill Instructors (DIs) of the 28th Drill Instructor Course passed out at the main Parade Ground of the Naval and Maritime Academy (NMA) in Trincomalee on 24 January.
