The Sri Lanka Navy delivered a noteworthy performance at the National Taekwondo Kyorugi Championship - 2026, securing a total of 09 medals and showcasing martial prowess. The championship, organized by the Sri Lanka Taekwondo Federation, was held from 23 to 25 Jan 26 at the Sports Ministry Indoor Stadium in Wathupitiwala.

The Pre Command Training Course No 14 concluded with a certificate awarding ceremony at the Naval and Maritime Academy in Trincomalee on 23 Jan 26. The Royal Navy of Oman Ship ‘AL SEEB’ arrived at the Port of Colombo on a logistics replenishment visit today (22 Jan 26). The Sri Lanka Navy welcomed the visiting ship in compliance with naval traditions.
