Vice Admiral Nishantha Ulugetenne, after assumption of duties as the 24^th Commander of the Sri Lanka Navy, made his mark of respect to fallen naval combatants, at a wreath - laying ceremony held at the Naval War Hero Monument in Welisara today (31^th July 2020).
