Navy becomes champions of Premier Women's Futsal Tournament - 2023

In a spectacular display of skill and teamwork, the Navy women’s team emerged as the champions of the Premier Women's Futsal Tournament – 2023. The tournament was held at the CFC Futsal Court, Dehiwala on 15th October 2023.

The tournament organized by the Colombo Football League was contested by 16 women's teams in the country. The Navy team showcased exceptional prowess and strategic play in the final against CFC team A and won the game 3-0.

Meanwhile, Woman Ordinary Seaman KPS Perera won the awards for the best player of the match as well as the tournament. In addition, Woman Leading Seaman HGN Kumari won the award for the best goal keeper of the tournament.
